Spacious Room and Great Location
comfy bed hot water perfect location
I got a premium room , and it was large and comfortable. The bed was really comfy. I had a deep sleep before my flight home. The bathroom included very hot water (essential for a good shower). The location is perfect for access to the mall and the sea. The lotus tower view was a bonus.
The check-in clerk was a bit rude upon my arrival. I also noticed that the hallways had a slight smoke smell. These are things the hotel management can improve.

convenient stay
great location helpful staff
the location was great for getting around. my room was large, it had a desk. i did find the staff helpful when i asked for directions.
the noise did come from the lively pub downstairs. i could hear music until late each night. this made it a little hard to sleep.

the hotel has a bar downstairs, it seemed popular. the lobby included some seating areas. there was also a 24-hour reception with security, i saw that it had staff available at all hours.
