spacious room huge bathroom central location strange smell missing towels corridor noise

the room was spacious it had understated decor. the bathroom was huge and included comfortable features. the location is central allowing easy access to various attractions.

Spacious Room and Great Location

comfy bed hot water perfect location

I got a premium room , and it was large and comfortable. The bed was really comfy. I had a deep sleep before my flight home. The bathroom included very hot water (essential for a good shower). The location is perfect for access to the mall and the sea. The lotus tower view was a bonus.

The check-in clerk was a bit rude upon my arrival. I also noticed that the hallways had a slight smoke smell. These are things the hotel management can improve.

convenient stay

great location helpful staff

the location was great for getting around. my room was large, it had a desk. i did find the staff helpful when i asked for directions.

the noise did come from the lively pub downstairs. i could hear music until late each night. this made it a little hard to sleep.

the hotel has a bar downstairs, it seemed popular. the lobby included some seating areas. there was also a 24-hour reception with security, i saw that it had staff available at all hours.
